I work in a fee-for-service model (aka private pay), and I can provide a Superbill (which is a receipt that can be used for reimbursement with insurance, if your plan allows it). You can also use Superbills with your HSA or FSA accounts. Please ask your insurance if your plan has OON benefits, and what are the type of sessions and rates they would reimburse to you.

Sessions are varied in length, depending on the type of service, and range between and average of 45 to 60 min.

Fees vary according to the type of session, and range between $215 and 300$.

I offer a few sliding spots for regular/ every week sessions, twice-a-week clients, based on needs, and clients that have experienced structural/systemic disadvantages.
